"I am the longest serving member of staff at Thornlow, having worked here for over 20 years.  My son attended Thornlow and having experienced it's positive aims and ethos first hand, I decided I would love to work here - I have been at Thornlow ever since and am the happiest employee ever!

I find our annual End of Term services particularly moving because I feel that I have watched the pupils grow up and mature.  I feel proud and priviledged to have been involved in their development - I always hope they keep in touch as I would like to continue to be a part of their lives for many years thereafter too."
